Sell it for a bigger frame.

long story short: neighbour throwing away a perfectly good frame just because some kids cut off the brake and gears cable despite my protest that it wouldn't cost much to replace it.
Took it home, threw in some part, some bit are tricky (120mm wheel on 135mm spacing, lots of tightening to do), but netherless managed, came with vertical dropout annoyingly enough.
lots of it are founds part, Bianchi Pista rear wheel with a stripped fixed side, but freewheel side is perfect, front wheel found in Waterloo simply because it got a flat (and it's just lying there not locked to anything), stem again founds object, saddle and post luckily came with bike.
I only have one v-brake so it'll go on the back, and the front rack isn't permanent, it's just there cause it was sitting around being useless.
A nice little runabout, the only thing I brought is the tyres (32c Bontrager, excellent stuff), and a new chain;

A nice wooden box up front, change of saddle to a sprung Brooks and a lick of paint and that's a nice little bike you've got there Scoble! Worth keeping and doing up I reckon, cool frame, I like the extra seat/ chainstay!
Some hammered alloy mudguards would look good too!

I brought that rack, it's not intended for that bike either way, especially since it worth more than the whole bike altogether.

Have some rep Tommy Cooper.

the frame is heavy and dull, it's frankly not worth doing up properly when it's going to be sold.
it's the best way to get rid of all the bike parts I have lying around, find a frame, put it together with spare part and sell.

The Supreme branded sail that you insist on riding with will create so much drag that you'll kick yourself for not getting a triple.
