Especially dairy.

I used to get really bad hay fever. I still get it a little bit, but only occasionally. I share Todd's experience with dairy, too. I went vegan in 1999 and every year after that, my hay fever got better. It didn't vanish instantly, but in 2003 or so I remember suddenly realising in June that I hadn't had many symptoms. If you Google for 'vegan' and 'hay fever', you'll find quite a lot of discussion of it. No idea if it's true (I don't understand what causes allergies), but there seems to be some scientific evidence for it.
