To Report or Not?
Just had a very close call on Old Brompton Road. Range Rover from nowhere nearly T-bones me, I swerve and hit the deck pretty hard. Somehow I'm OK.
But, at first the guy accepted no fault, but once he calmed down and I could speak properly he apologised and agreed he should have checked again. I have his details, he has mine. and I have a lady who thankfully stopped to be a witness as she saw everything.
So, I think the guy was shaken and WILL lookout next time but should I report him still? Dunno.
I'm erring on the side of not reporting and hoping that he wont see cyclist as bastards but rational people! Sorry if this makes no sense, just a little rattled.
