Any ideas how I can get my cat to eat dried food? One cat eats both wet and dry food and is just fine, the other will not touch the dry food and is starting to show early signs of gingivitus. We're limiting the amount of food put down, and have tried mixing it and soaking it a little, but he just will not eat any of the crunchy stuff. Tried a few different varieties when he was a kitten but he's being stubborn as a mule. He'd rather go hungry ... I know it's not good for a cat not to eat for a few days so don't want to push it. Any ideas?
my dog is the same - try applaws dry food that is purely meat and veg, no filler. it's naturally quite moist and meaty, with no added nasties. it's expensive, but you don't need to feed that much of it....
