Coffee Appreciation

penny university: pure genius. only six seats, menu consists of three different beans (each with a different brewing method). that's it. no takeaway, no milk, no sugar. but a really well-educated coffee brewer, willing to give you lots of info on both beans and process. my favourite quote from him: "we're decidedly against choice." i looooove places like this.

oh. and the coffee is... amazing.

just been, second everything teddy said. On the verge of wanky but not which is spot on. didn't have time to try more than 2 kinds so will try to get back this weekend, hope it's not rammed
