  • I suffered from it last year, but am having less problems this year. I try and eat a decent sized meal somewhere between 4-5 in the afternoon, which means I can just have a snack when I get home from racing rather than a big meal.

    I also have a quiet half hour before going to bed now, i.e. no TV or internet, just sat in a quiet, dark room (feeding a baby is optional) and that helps a lot.
