  • In principle this would be a good way of taking the unbalanced weight distribution on a bike, into account. But the rims dont really match.

    My next roadie wheelset will be Kinlin XR270-front, and XR300-rear. The kinlin XR rims all look the same, the depth just varies. Kinlin rims are sold under various brand names such as IRD and Halo.

    Also RE utility wheels, I'm edging towards Velocity Dyads. They is propa light.

    Are you saying they don't match in an aesthetic way or in a performance sense?

    Those Kinlin rims look good actually. Do you know if they are pinned or welded?

    I may copy your build and do the XR240 front with a 300 rear.
