While the Razor is theoretically available, the Aerohead is going to be much easier to find in 28h just because it's a much more mainstream product. Starting from scratch, I wouldn't use either rim for anything, but you obviously have aesthetic considerations placed well above practical ones, and I'm assuming you already have some 28h hubs you're desperate to use on your project. I'm sure that even with the substantial compromises you're forcing on yourself and your weight you can get a serviceable set of wheels rolling under you, they just wouldn't be what I'd describe as the first choice.
