Im very excited about this ride. Im even trying to decide which pair of shorts to wear,
One pair are almost maxcrowe (at tarck day) tight and the other has two great holes which the saddle penetrates every now and then.

Me tooo!
Is anyone else keen (except skiver!) to maybe even possible whythehellnot leave at 9am...or earlier?Oi! I might still be up as opposed to up already but I'll be just fine! Thankyouverymuch.
I vote 8 meet --> 8:30 leave happily - gives us more time to cause trouble once we get there (apologies to commuters from the west/south...).

- Putzy +6 (half of us on fixed half on geared) Aiming to meet you all at Lea Bridge rather than ride to the start since we live live close to the bridge. Hope this is not taking the piss.
PS I vote 9.30 due to the inability for any of us to have a quiet friday night, but we will do what everyone else decides

2 groups? - early rain fearing group leaves at 8.30 (includes me)
later with jools group leaves at 9.30
just a suggestion... -

i think we need corny to make the desicion it's his ride
corny what time should we leave ?
in the OP he commands us to meet at 9 and ride at 9.30
just saying like wouldn't want to upset the fella

I really dont understand why people keep trying to change rides.
These have been done for years, tried and tested. If you like the look of the ride, go along with it. If not leave earlier on your own...
-
• #113
very true
although the southend ride did get changed
we should go with the OP -
