Been current for about a week, just my shit together and built up the wheels up today.
Dura Ace lowflange to Velo Orange polished clincher rims.
Still not sure about the handlebars, might switch around with risers depending on mod.

Each time you polish it, you will be taking off some metal.

The whitish oxide you get on aluminium actually protects it from corrosion. Polishing it will have the same effect that rust does on a steel frame, but a slower process.
