Spend a while cleaning the drivetrain, most especially the rear cassette which took me a solid hour worth of brushing with a toothbrush, took out the chain too, clean them and put them back, quite a bit of dirt in them and the last thing I want is the drivetrain to wear down faster than it should.
changed saddle because the original is already disintegrating so it's best to take it off and try and restore it (it's those Colnago saddle), seatpost have chrome peeling really badly when I took it off, replaced with a Condor one (and soon, campag carbon), new bar tape, and I know I hasn't clean the brake levers hood yet.
