I still have a BSA frame for sale. 22in ctt. 26tpi threaded so you'll have to keep the cottered cranks or use a threadless bb. Takes 27in wheels, but looks ok with 700c. £30:
i can include some straight bars, a stem and some crappy levers for an extra £10.
