113 miles last week in the 'king of the downs', 28 deg C and some very steep climbs at the end were pure hell..
a comfortable 50 miles yesterday across the chilterns..
probably crystal palace 70 mile loop to north downs next saturday..
then off to the french alps with the fireflies..on the 14th june
