Saturday - Hell of Ashdown route, out from Orpington,so ended up with 70 miles - Yesterday did the Tarck day, and with the ride over and back, made up 55 miles and today a 50 mile loop from my place, out the Cudham Lane, Toys Hill, Ide Hill and back through Otford, Eynesford and Farningham, my legs are fcked.
