It might be worth asking Delta 7 what the effect of reducing the module size of their grid would be, say keep reducing it until you're effectively making the structure elements from single strands of carbon fibre, and the gaps so small that the resin actually bridges across them. Oh, that's what every other carbon frame has, because it's a *much better way of doing it *
