Gazelle makes/ made MAINLY commuting and touring bikes.
Just a few race bikes.
Canti bosses were used from the late 1980's on touring / randonneur bikes.
Before that, only on CX bikes and a few on tandem.
Zieleman's version is a very nice one.
This model used to be equipped with caliper brakes (first centrepull, later side pull).
Carriers and fenders were attached to the dropout eyelets, brake bridge and chain stay bridge.
If you're looking for a high-end touring frame with all braze-ons, you've got to look for a Champion Mondial Randonneur (531c), Randonneur Trophy or Formula Randonneur.
