Opinions on running clipless without float ?
I've been using the basic Look Keo's on the track for the past three years with the grey cleat, which I believe is the 'middle' cleat in terms of float. I haven't pulled out yet, but my feet do sometimes twist very slightly when applying pressure to the pedal.
The pedals are a bit knackered now, so going to replace. Unsure whether to go with the same pedal and zero float cleat, or try something new
