Of course, to an idiot, the sheldon brown method looks weak, so they might have a go and loosen the track bolt/quick release then fuck your wheel up trying to figure out out to remove it.

When push comes to shove, I think I'd rather have a few spokes broken/rim bent rather than the bike or wheel stolen. Of course, I'd still be furious, which is why I like to use the sheldon method with the inclusion of a chainstay or seat tube.
