Soz' for talking a bunch of strangers a little off course. Me? I was the one with the GPS, and the evident lack of operational ability. Our impromptu pub visit was but a thin veil over what could well have been an premature return to London.

I'm now slightly red-faced; though it's sunburn so it's okay.

Thanks for a great day people. Top ride through the countryside finishing with beers on the beach in beautiful weather, what more could you want? Back in London now for more drinking in the sun. Tomorrow is not looking good...

i struggled on some of those hills but fuck it, it was my first ride over 30 miles.

just rode to sainsburys as I felt it was imperative to finish the day off for me!

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Skully and everybody for organising this! Did not make it to the beach as my friend needed Nurofen for his knees, has two days of hard work on Sunday and Monday lined up and wanted to get home. Did Mashton take a dip like he said or did he come up with a good excuse? We got a brillinant groupsaver as well - £9 for four. See you at the next one.

what a beautiful day.. sorry i didn't make it to the actual ride, i was just too knackered and it was way too late when i got to bed..tried to chase the pack but set off too late really. anyway it was really beautiful along the route today. really nice to see you all at the beach, just sorry i didn't ride with everyone, it would have been even better. hope everyone had a great time.
