Don't get 2 chainrings unless you connect a pice of chain to the larger ring every time you play- the first time you fall off with an exposed chainring your/someone elses calfs are not goign to be too appreciative!

What days are you guys playing in Brighton at the moment? Im gonna be down for a few days after the Cambridge tournament and I am deciding whether to bring my Surly or my polo bike?

Yeah, the dual gearing for polo will have to go. Although I have fallen off about 15 times yesterday and never touched it.
Freewheel? Bahh, no thanks, would solve the stripping but you need brakes for that.
