2010-05-22 Sat 8am - Southend Seaside Jaunt (Because Long Rides are Fun)

Just got done doing a quick maintenance check on my bike. Good thing I had - loose chainring bolts and a few other things that needed to be addressed.

Do spend the time tonight to do the same.

im completely up for this!
thing is...i dont have a bottle cage, or any form of water holding equipment that will enable me to drink while cycling.
is that a massive problem? if we stop a bit below regularly then i reckon il be fine...
