I doubt Landis really regrets doping, he probably feels hard done by being caught and banned when it is so commonplace in the peloton (just like the majority of caught riders). He also realises that as he is getting to the end of his cycling career andwont be making much money out of it anymore, now is the time to spill the beans - his book is gonna sell like nobodys' business
