I don't condone him spilling the beans, as long as he has evidence to back it up.
If he has evidence I would be happy to see anyone involved banned from cycling for life.
It just seems that he is out to flog juicy information in yet another cycling/doping book.
He may have been harassed and bullied by people like Armstrong, I honestly don't know about that. All I know is that he cheated, massively. He paid the price, but he lied time and again in court, claiming innocence throughout the trial, even after his own father in law commited suicide in the face of the allegations about Landis.
