qckpckt, this is a common condition, and happens to the best of us. Sometimes the quality of the opposition varies, but the interesting thing about MW2 is that when you're playing well, you fall into a sort of meditative trance-like state. You're sharp, fast, the whole map is clear in your mind, you almost instinctively know where everyone is, you're quick on the draw and ready with pistol and combat knife....
BUT, fall out of this state, and you suffer, hard. Then it's a downward spiral. Get nailed a few times, you get the rage. You're craving for some sort of fix, proof, to yourself and others, that YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS, you can play, forces you to run into battle more recklessly than ever, and invariably you suffer further, harder.
Switch the console off, take a cuppa, read a relaxing book, then get back to it. You'll be a machine.
