what is your cousins name? it would be easy to find out if he won a stage or the Whole thing. to have been in the milk race he would have been on the national squad at least.
hmm you can try...ive been looking all morning for info on the milk race and you dont get much...and the few things i have found were about people winning them..so i doubt you would have to be on a national squad..that sounds like a presumption to me
