I'm seriously doubting that, sure it's hand built by Pisti' relative all right, but build specifically for Vicks NyQuil's cousin? doubt it.
thats what they did..if you won the race you were fitted and a while later you would have this new bike..i believe they are quite rare as they were only built for the kids who won the races..maybe someone who is in there mid 30's or early 40's can remember?
