Forgot you here say blue, when in fact it's purple... but yeah, I like my meat tartar.
I would have sent it back, I refuse to pay top dorrah for steaks not of my liking.
The Brazilian place is all about good South American blue[strike]red[/strike] meat : D

You are right, but if its an all you can eat on a skewer you just end up waiting or eating over cooked meat. I am so looking forward to this.
