Why do you even bother making contact.
Just send out an email saying "we dont care and we cant be bothered to do anything about our idiotic psychotic drivers!"
At least it would be clear where you stand on such matters. 5 months of me chasing you up for this seems pretty futile.
Your response to date has been worthless and meaningless.

After waiting for a response from the human resources department about your complaint, we have not been provided with any information regarding the action taken against the driver. As it is not a Sainsbury's distribution centre they are restricted as to what information they can provide. Generally, with these types of complaints, they are dealt with at the depot and we are not informed of any disciplinary procedures. Unfortunately, this is all I can tell you at the moment. We're grateful for your patience and I apologise for being unable to tell you more.
