I haven't seen or ridden that Felt, but if you feel you like its looks, I doubt you will disappointed.

I guess the cranks could be better (I think other OTPs in the same price range have at least brand names attached to theirs), but other than that, it should be okay. The gear ratio could be lower, I think. At 74 inches it does not need super human effort to blast away, but a tad lower number might be more suitable depending, of course, on your planned routes.

Still, I believe there are more knowledgable inviduals, here. That was my view, but you'd do well to listen to others' opinions, too.

Or, then again, you could just leave us ruminate, go ahead, buy and ride.
