Its not upmarket, and its the opposite of exclusive, but I have an affection for AROMA in Shepherds Bush.
The vibe is always good, which is to be expected from the area, and its in the same buliding as the cinema.
The chatty friendly ambience is created by the high quotient of brap diners and their amiable groups of friends. ;) ;)
