I understand what I blurted out sounded disrespectful. For this I am sorry.

The situation reminds me of another incident, here. It had to with a forum member seeing red after someone posted a picture of a crashed plane with Putin advertising polish remover. The mother of the said member had died in the crash.

So, the thing is: for one to be able to act accordingly would require the said individual to be aware of everything happening. That could be cut down to just the threads of this forum, but even then it'd be a chore.

While I've never quite come to understood why Dancing James has amassed such a bad reputation, I haven't felt the need to try to understand it, either. That is why I chose to disregard the thread. I thought it was just another thread about DJ.

I rarely venture outside Bikes & Bits and Miscellaneous & Meaningless. If I were a native and interested in seeing the LFGSS posse, I believe I would check threads regarding Beers and be more of a presence, but this is not how it is. I guess this is why 50/14 has slipped under my radar.

I leafed through the 50/14 thread. Never met the man, but from what you lot wrote, he sounded like a fine creature. Still, as I've never met him and can't honestly bring myself to feel bad about the passing of an unknown, well, I can only apologize for my post.

So, yeah, I will not censor myself in the future, but if I fuck up, I can man it.

And to stay on topic: what DJ did with 50/14 was fucking noble. Can't in any way or form deny it.
