Don't know about either of them. But I went to Shanghai in Dalston for dimsum the other day and it was bloody good. Between 3pm and 5pm is Happy Hour, so all dim sum dishes are £1.70. According to my chinese friend all the dim sum places in london serve the same stuff, so go for whatever's easiest, cheapest.
