What is a lo-pro?

I'm building geared lo-pro now, but it takes so long to find all the parts, that I decided today to put it together with risers and see if it actually fits me, before I spend even more money (got Croce d'Aune and Deltas which I can't bloody tighten without 3.5mm allen key).

It looks like the frame might be slightly too tall.

You can get 3.5 mm allen keys on Ebay for a couple of quid. I might have one knocking around still from my foray into Delta brakes, let me check.
