Depends on the number in the run...can each compass point sell 200 caps? 150? 100? I can front for the 100 or 150 from wests but 200 is a bit of a stretch. And to be clear - the idea is to make the forum some money.
TFG might be a good idea. Possibly LMNH as well: good retail foot fall. Happy to organise and arrange posting for non-localengers.
Unless SJS want the biz - that would have to be the mighty Velocio's call though.
