The idea of each division having one person underwriting the offering is simply to fund the manufacture. If there is a profit, after a good drink for the designers, then my view is that the surplus funds go to the Forum.
Also, each point of the compass will have a set number of caps paid for in advance, and supplied to their representative, so the arse ache of distribution and funds collection is split four ways.
Assuming, of course, that the tight arses of North London can find someone to join the team.
