Womens Track Training: Herne Hill Sundays 4pm(Weekly from May 1st)

I'm going to pop along on sunday and although I've no idea what to expect, I'm pretty excited. I am a complete novice. At souths on Monday the lovely Jenny told me I just turn up at 4pm, pay six quid and do the induction. She also said I can hire a bike for a few extra bob - is this true???
