The incumbent party have the first chance. That's how it is apparently.
There is a lot of talk about moral rights now which gets interesting.
They have also been talking on the Beeb about the Queens part. In very extreme circumstances she can choose who wins! Probably only if the whole country was falling apart due to the deadlock.
