I was once riding past David Milliband's house (in Primrose Hill) with LPG (the famous fixed gear bike rider from London) . . . . a posh little area free from traffic and people so very quite . . . . outside - the usual 2 or 3 'anti-terror' police offices with sub machine guns . . . so LPG decided to start shouting "Allah akbar, Allah akbar !!"
