Unlikely Tories will go for PR, would be a massive u-turn. Waking up to this news I am feeling relieved that the Tories haven't got a majority and slightly smug as I have been predicting a hung Parliament for ages! Even if Cameron does end up PM (as Nick Robinson keeps predicting, but then he is/was a Tory) the lack of a majority will be a good thing for the country.
I think the Lib Dems lost out because people were voting Labour to keep the Tories out. That simple.
