General Election 2010

Feeling thick about this hung parliament carry-on. If tories have the most seats but no majority, Cameron is still PM? would labour be the shadow cabinet? does all that go out the window?

They have to create a goverment with a majority (I think), so they would have to make a deal with someone to get a majority, so as to form a stable gvmt
