It is a bit demoralising Tom. I was completely demoralised on Saturday to be honest. But I am so pleased to have got some league points and the fact that the one B race I have entered this year, last weeks B points race, I won, makes me feel vindicated for going with the A's. Yes you get much fitter, if it doesn't kill you. And someone has to come last :)
