  • try doing 70 or 80 miles in the next couple of weeks then see what your legs think. riding with the forum would be a good idea.

    dunwich is a major ride, even more so if you're fixed, and you don't want to realise you can't do it 60 miles in. there's nowhere to go but onwards or backwards, both of which are another 60 miles.

    you'll need some practice, you can't go from 40 miles to 120 but you can go from 40 to 65 to 90 to 120.. people have already started training for it.

    best bet first off is to get yourself on one or preferably all of the Corny summer rides which are coming up.
