    For a Thomas More ride, I would suggest, Hampton Court (more Wolsey than More but still period) Chelsea where there is a statue to him outside his former home, Westminster, where he worked, the Inns of Court (probably Lincoln's) The Guildhall where he served as an undersheriff and the Tower where he died. A river ride. Perhaps also throw in Ely Place and St Etheldreda's Church where his mentor Morton, Henry VII's chancellor, was based until 1485 (although More only entered his service in 1490) and likely a chapel at which More worshipped on occasion. Bung in Thomas More Building in the Courts and More London near the Tower, both named for him. We could recite Utopia as we ride.
