As we can see here, basically a bipedal tool user voluntarily wearing clothes and engaging in a degree of strenuous activity for the purposes of fun. Technically this combination of qualities, particularly when combined with an opposable thumb (just about visible in the centre of the picture) is unique to humans.
Obviously this evidence is inconclusive and having considered the ethics of the matter I can advise that the best course of research should include vivisection.
