• Office for Mac is actually very good, I have had the old and new versions and they're both the best Microsoft product I've ever used. iWork will 'get you by' but really, you'll be wanting Office.

Bootcamp allows you to run Windows on your Mac on a separate partition of your hard drive, you choose which OS you want to work in on powerup. I used the Beta and it worked very well, but I think there are better alternatives around now.

As for AntiVirus I've been a mac user for a decade and never ran any. Never had a virus or worm. This said, with apples current popularity rise it probably won't be long before you'll want some peace of mind.

Of course for other security reasons you should keep your firewall up, it is turned on by default but if you wanna check it's in system preferences > security > firewall.
