On the 3rd of July some people will ride from London to Norwich, who when and how will become clearer nearer the time.

I'm up for this. I would probably opt for geared, but that depends on the level of macho peer pressure.

I went to Uni in Norwich. Some of my mates have a big garden on the outskirts (Thickthorn Roundabout). I could probably get them to throw a welcoming party (barbecue, alchohol, etc) if we chipped in a bit of cash. Plenty of space for bikes and camping, plus near to a Travelodge or similar. Does that sound worth investigating?

I think I've had about 3 dates in my calendar but it would be so much easier if we could set a date in stone so I can book train etc.
