@megoid, if you get no joy from the police you might be able to wrangle the registered address of that car. It would be a shame if some rancid milk managed to get into the flow through ventilation system. I hear the place to pour the milk is that slot between the top of the bonnet and the bottom of the windscreen, which is a high pressure zone and pushes air through the ventilation passages into the inside of the vehicle. I also hear that the smell will never go away.
