[pointless rant] I dont think that stem has been out long enough to look that shoddy. Plus the little bit of red writing says 'servizio corse' (or something similar, cant be bothered to look it up), meaning its the expensive titanium bolted version.
The whole thing, is like a mega expensive version of painting paper with a used tea-bag to make a more authentic looking pirate map. [/pointless rant]
