Staying cool in summer

I probably wouldn't wear a jersey/gilet and then get changed as soon as I get to my destination as normally it takes about 14minutes for me to do my 4 mile commute but I'm still always covered in sweat!

You want a jacket but you don't because it's not appropriate to wear a jacket in hot weather but you won't wear a jersey which is what every other cyclist does?
