I'd say get some Klinlin rims (IRD, Halo etc...all rebrand these) made into something light. The lowish profile ones are very light, and the rear has a asymmetric profile to help even spoke tension.

I'm gathering parts for a sexy set of slightly-aero climbers, weighing in at around 1340g. These will likely cost around £400 though.
